Potato casserole called here “ziemniaki po cabańsku” is a tasty dish typical of this region. Its taste and aroma are highly valued not only by inhabitants if the Chrzanów area but has also gained recognition of culinary experts in Poland and abroad. It has won many awards at culinary competitions.
